Like a journalist, we research for deep information by creating intention with everything that we plan. “Understanding our clients leads to a change of world.” We set the bar very high, and make sure that your vision is cohesive from start to finish with a custom concept. We strive to get to know the client and their family so deeply that everyone walks into the event and knows it represents you.

We will then finalize your dream event concept into a comprehensive narrative that provides a story, and connects you to your guests. We entice all of the 5 senses (Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, and Touch) into your event.

THE VISION BOARDING PROCESS
We create a digital custom vision board that includes a custom color palette, design theme, stationery, floral, lighting, draping, rentals, custom décor, food & beverage, favors, installations, personal styling for themed events or Bride and Groom (dresses, suits, shoes, accessories and more).

With over 15 years experience, Kelsey’s breadth of experience is a diverse strata of weddings, social events, incentive/travel programs, corporate meeting planning, product launches, Hollywood Red Carpet events, trade shows and fashion shows. Her design process is highly respected in the hospitality space, working at resorts such as Sheraton and Marriott in their events, catering, and conference services departments.
Voted Best Wedding Planner in Orange County
As an advocate and leader of best practices in the wedding industry, Kelsey was sought after by the Association of Bridal Consultants. As a member of the ABC committee for 4 years, and the co-director of Orange County, she normalized a new standard of excellence across industry sectors directing monthly educational and social networking events for the members of ABC. Kelsey also co-ordinated and designed the largest ABC event of the year, the Trendsetters Gala.
Her degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising inspires her to reach new frontiers with an innovative approach to event design. Kelsey has a fanatic discipline of pursuing new ways to set the bar for our industry.
